About ADG
Like all things, confidence starts at home. When girls step out into the world they will be confronted with many daily decisions, situations, experiences and interact with people from all walks of life that may have different experiences, perspectives, biases, and points-of-views in which they will have to navigate with confidence. Armor Down Girls centers itself with intentionality and purpose to offer positive experiences, to confront notions that girls can’t do. We instead pour into girls by increasing their confidence, building a growth mindset and saying “Yes, you can!”

Vision
Armor Down Girls vision is to provide a safe positive space where girls can grow, learn, and be empowered with confidence and instill a growth mindset for all aspects of their future.
Our Goal
It is our goal for girls to become confident career-oriented, financially empowered women leaders that make an impact on their community and the world. Additionally, we want ADG participants to feel confident and empowered to learn and grow from mistakes, to face challenges, to tackle problems by finding solutions, and never giving up on their dreams.
