Parents and Guardians
The premise of Armor Down Girls (ADG) is to build confidence in girls from ages 8 through 18 through book characterizations. ADG creates a safe space where girls begin to understand their power, resilience, and worth. We meet bi-monthly for an hour. Women guest speakers empower girls with words of wisdom and a woman in history is highlighted at every session. The facilitators are certified educators skilled at facilitating and guiding questions that will spark deep thought-provoking discourse that will help ADG girls to increase overall self-worth.
